In the midst of what Al Gore and his environmental Green Shirts claim to be a cycle of global warming, the Midwest of the United States is experiencing some of the coldest weather that it’s had in recent history. Massive ice storms have shut down entire cities in the Midwest. Some cities in Arkansas have been without power for days, and have no idea when it will be turned back on. The entire city of Louisville, Kentucky has been essentially shut down because of the ice storm. More than a million people in the mid section of the country are without power.
And where is Barak Obama on this? Obama the magnificent who promised us that he would save us from the evil incompetent Bush Administration? When hundreds of thousands were homeless and without power during hurricane Katrina, and the Federal Emergency Management
agency (FEMA) was slow to respond, the liberal media attacked Bush mercilessly. Well where is FEMA now? Where is the media attention on every channel? Why do Obama and the Government media complex seem to be so completely apathetic when a disaster of this scale has hit our nation’s midsection?
Is it because Kentucky and Arkansas and many of the other states that are getting hit are red states that didn’t vote for Obama? Is it possible that there is a racial element involved in this? What would happen if there was major flooding in a largely Hispanic city, would Obama be on the TV talking about it then? Would the media have a camera in the face of every victim of that particular disaster? That seemed to be the case in Katrina, but for now the Midwest seems to be getting no support. FEMA is nowhere. The only thing their getting at the moment is a corrupt cabinet, pork filled stimulus, and the media telling them that global warming is upon them in the middle of an ice storm.
